Adria Electric was drowning in a mountain of COVID health-check paperwork, so they approached us for a solution. We created a web app that sends employees a daily SMS text message with a link to complete a COVID health-check form. Reports are sent to the foreman, letting them know if anyone is sick and how many staff will be on-site that day. The historical information is also maintained as a downloadable spreadsheet for government regulations.
