Skills for Hope Foundation is a charitable foundation that provides scholarships and funding for educational, vocational, literacy, and English Language skills development. They approached us in December 2017 hoping to have a new website ready for the start of their 2018-2019 scholarship season and fortunately, we were able to launch the new website in early January 2018.

Time was taken to ensure the content of the site was easy to find and understand. The steps of applying for scholarships are clearly laid out and the mandate of the organization is clear to those visiting. The website design is bright and whimsical, bringing in fonts reflective of University diplomas and images like notebook doodles. To add more of a fun, hand-made feel and to accommodate some lower quality images photos were run through an illustration filter. The banner image on the pages looks like a big smile — just like the smiles on the faces of the scholarship recipients.
